One of Jamaica’s most traditional dishes, this Goat curry has tender chunks of goat meat in a tasty, spicy Jerk sauce with potato and carrot.

From chilled:  Place container on a plate, loosen lid, microwave on high for 6 mins, stir then cook for a further 3 mins, or until piping hot.

Or for best result transfer from plastic container to an oven proof dish & bake for 10-12mins at 180c or until piping hot

Goat meat, jerk paste (onion, garlic, ginger, scotch bonnet, lime, sugar, olive oil, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, red wine vinegar, SOY sauce, thyme), potato, carrot, chicken stock, gluten free flour (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat, sodium bicarbonate, xanthan gum).
