Haddock is in great abundance off Cornwall and is usually landed In Newlyn. Fresh fillets are then home smoked in Cornwall with a natural cure the traditional way! Order by the number of fillets required (a fillet feeds up to 3 people)

95% of our fish are caught on Cornish day boats, going out first thing & come home on the evening tide. The fish travelling across the country overnight & reaching us in tip-top condition the next day, the same day you receive it.

We fish ethically & sustainability is in the forefront of our minds, we have children too. You can have as much or as little as you need.
