Setting the Baaaa high
Why is our Wiltshire Lamb so good? Because our farmers use traditional spring lambing, rearing and finishing methods that have been followed for generations.
We use lambs from the sheltered coombes of the chalk downland farms of Wiltshire. Finished on just a little gm-free feed, they are mainly left to frolic and graze naturally on the lush grasslands of the south west. It's the natural herbs and spring water that give our lamb it's heavenly flavour.
With minimum movement and stress these animals are free-range, free from hormones and growth promoters, and produce the most delicious lean meat which is just bursting with flavour. Ethical treatment really is the key.
