Our 'Aberdeen Angus x Hereford’ cattle produce tender, juicy beef which is packed full of flavour. Traditionally reared at Stokes Marsh Farm in Coulston, Wiltshire, we’re proud to tell people how it’s free range, free from hormones and growth promoters. Our beef is hung on the bone to mature for 21-28 days (most beef in the uk is hung for just 5-10 days). A good butcher will recognize his window of opportunity within that time frame. This ensures maximum flavour and beef that is succulent, juicy and tender.
