4 Old English, 4 Italian, 4 Venison & Redcurrant, 4 Lamb Rosemary & Garlic.
We use our own free-range meats and natural skins for our hand-made sausages, so sizes will vary quite considerably from time to time.
We aim for a 10% fat to meat ratio ensuring they're big on flavour.
All sausages are subject to availability as we carry 12 varieties most weeks.
We deliver on Wednesdays and Thursdays to set towns and villages on a fortnightly basis. Because our food is absolutely fresh and locally sourced, we do need a small amount of lead time.
Therefore please place your orders on or before Monday by 6:00pm. This will guarantee delivery on your set day.
