Veal bones are particularly great for making stock. When cooked in boiling water, the bones yield gelatine which will result in a smooth, rich and very tasty stock. Before boiling, you can even brown them in the oven with aromatic herbs and vegetables for extra flavour.
We deliver on Wednesdays and Thursdays to set towns and villages on a fortnightly basis. Because our food is absolutely fresh and locally sourced, we do need a small amount of lead time.
Therefore please place your orders on or before Monday by 6:00pm. This will guarantee delivery on your set day.
